HOW TO ORDER NATURAL HORMONE REPLACEMENT :

After you have been to the Doctor and have a prescription, the easiest way to order the item/s from the Mortar & Pestle is to fax your prescription to 07 55 266 207 along with the order form (see below and print).  We will contact you to arrange payment and finalise delivery details.

Legally, we require you to post us the original prescription before we can send you the medication.

Please post the original prescription (both copies) to: the Mortar & Pestle, Shop 10, 2098 Gold Coast Highway, Miami, Qld 4220.  You may like to organise for your doctor's surgery to fax us the prescription and we can arrange with them to post us the original.

Most importantly is that you are able to make a start on your natural hormone replacement as soon as possible.

You may collect your order from the pharmacy or we offer a postal service.  We charge  $6.00 (up to 250g) and $7.00 (multiple orders over 250g) for postage and packaging (incl GST) on all orders.  Express delivery is available at a cost of $10.00, which we recommend.

Approximate duration of delivery will be 1 day within the Gold Coast, within Queensland and to main cities in other states will be about 2 days and postage to country areas in other states will be approximately 3 days.
