HOW
TO ORDER NATURAL HORMONE REPLACEMENT :
After you have been
to the Doctor and have a prescription, the easiest way to order the
item/s from the Mortar & Pestle is to fax your prescription
to 07 55 266 207 along with the . We will contact you to arrange payment and finalise
delivery details.
Legally, we
require you to post us the original prescription before we can send you
the medication.
Please post the
original prescription (both copies) to: the Mortar &
Pestle also trading as Broadbeach Compounding Pharmacy, 2717 Main place, Broadbeach QLD 4218
You may like to organise for your doctor's surgery to fax us the
prescription and we can arrange with them to post us the original.
Most importantly is
that you are able to make a start on your natural hormone replacement
as soon as possible.
You may collect your
order from the pharmacy or we offer a postal service. We
charge $6.50 (up to 250g)
and $7.00 (multiple orders over 250g) for postage and packaging (incl
GST) on all orders. Express delivery is available at a cost of
$10.00, which we recommend.
Approximate duration
of delivery will be 1 day within the Gold Coast, within Queensland
and to main cities in other states will be about 2 days and postage to
country areas in other states will be approximately 3 days.
